The WNBA playoffs are happening but one would not know that if you just read the Gazette. The coverage for women’s sports in the Gazette is lacking to put it mildly. In a place where women’s basketball started, come on Gazette give your readers more and better coverage of women’s sports. Right now the WNBA is hot, the players are phenomenal and the action on the court is filling the arenas. And I have to add, Smith competing at the Division III level. Should be another great season. Go Bears!
