As a regular biker around town and on the bike path, I was first introduced to Benjamin Spencer when I was concerned about all the trees behind a convenience store on King Street being hacked down; creating an ugly eyesore. A friend suggested I reach out to Benjamin because he seems to keep in touch with everything that’s going on locally. I did reach out and he immediately responded and was very helpful. Since then on my almost daily dog walks in Northampton, I see him often. He’s always willing to check in and help me understand everything that’s happening in and around our wonderful and sometimes troubled city. I can tell that he really cares about people on all economic levels. He has been very helpful in educating me in how to help my engineering students engage in worthy causes around town. I know Benjamin truly cares about the city; the schools; the arts; anyone who is struggling and I strongly support him for city councilor at large.
