I want to offer my gratitude to the Gazette and to reporter Samuel Galinas for reporting on our local Catholic community and the traditional Latin Mass (“Old Rite, new generation: the Latin Mass finds new life in region“, Oct. 22, 2025). Young families are discovering the reverence of the Mass, and the simple message of truth, beauty and goodness that are bedrock tenants of the Catholic faith. It is vital to preserve and respect cultural heritage. The traditional Latin Mass is, to this Christian, an awe-inspiring and transcendent achievement of humanity.
