South Hadley, MA – Donald B. Sherwood, 85, of South Hadley and Billerica, passed away on November 5, 2025. Born on May 6, 1940, he was the son of the late Dorothy G. (Perry) and John C. Sherwood.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 55 years, Priscilla (Harrington) Sherwood. He is survived by his children, Stacey Chapley and her husband Paul, and Donald B. Sherwood Jr. and his wife Sonja; grandchildren Zachariah, Caleb, Joshua and his wife Alexandra, Gabriel and his wife, Morgan, and John; great-granddaughter Violet; and his brother Robert and his wife Elizabeth. He also leaves many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
A 1958 graduate of Billerica Memorial High School, Donald enjoyed time on the lake in Conway, NH, and the views from Shaw’s dock in New Harbor, ME.
