A little word of friendly advice to my fellow protesters. After several outings at the circle in Easthampton, the public library lawn, the circle in Easthampton and the park in Northampton — make those signs bigger! Someone driving by at 30 mph is not going to read your 12 x 8 piece of brown cardboard, with sharpie lettering from their vehicle. Think of those “tag sale ” ones we see stapled to telephone poles. They just don’t cut it. As Arlo Guthrie said “if you want to end war and stuff, you gotta sing LOUD” Size does matter! MAKE EM’ BIG.
