Not having secured dominion over Greenland it does not seem out of the realm of possibility that Donald Trump would want another territorial grab to satisfy his egotistical compulsion to own the most recognizable piece of real estate in the world. Making claim to ownership of the White House would satisfy two compulsions simultaneously. He would be creating an issue that would provide an opportunity and a challenge for him to declare himself the winner. And having title to the White House would have infinite financial possibilities. Winning and accumulating wealth are of paramount importance to Trump.
With a compliant Congress and subservient Supreme Court his title to the White House, undoubtedly having been renamed Mar-a-Potomac, would tie up the legislative and judicial system for the remainder of his presidency at a minimum.

Believing that this possibility would never happen it has already begun with the dismantlement of the West Wing, cementing the Rose Garden, and rumors of more expansions to come.
