The recent column “Wear the Square” [Gazette, Feb. 4] about Robert Kraft starting the Foundation to Combat Antisemitism (now called the Blue Square Alliance/BSA) was interesting.
Interesting in how it tried to explain Kraft’s relationship to Donald Trump. The column states, “… they are not so close first of all …”
Last Wednesday, Kraft attended a speech by Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro during his book tour at the JCC of Greater Boston. Shapiro stated: “Our country’s on fire right now. We are seeing a level of chaos and cruelty and corruption that is unprecedented.”
The following day, Kraft attended the premiere of the documentary “Melania” with Donald Trump at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.
As a total outsider, I am hoping that some of Wednesday rolls into Thursday and beyond … Good luck Robert.
