Southampton, MA – Joseph Kalentek died March 31, 2026 after a period of failing health. Born December 2, 1942 in Hatfield, to Joseph and Clementine (Korza) Kalentek, he graduated from Smith Academy and spent many years working as a molder at Paragon Rubber and later as a merchandiser at Coca-Cola Enterprises. He was predeceased by his parents, his sister Joanne Porada and his brother Carl. He leaves his wife Susan, his daughter and son-in-law Karen and Eamon Mohan, his son Bryan, and his grand-daughter Stephanie Hancock. He also leaves his special nephew Joey and his second family, the entire Rice crew.
Joe loved hockey, tennis, pickleball, golf, cross-country skiing, horse racing, listening to oldies music and playing the accordion.
There will be no services per his request.
