Among the many reasons we mourn the closure of Hampshire College is the end of the Hampshire Early Learning Center. The ELC gave generations of young children in the Valley a creative and compassionate start to life, including our two sons. We found the dedicated teachers, staff and Hampshire College work-study students there were like an extended family. Thank you, ELC, for nurturing our kids and providing a warm community for our families.
