I want to express my gratitude to the entire staff of the Cooley Dickinson ER for their wonderful care. I recently required a visit to the emergency room and everyone on staff last Thursday offered compassion, kindness, and a genuine care that was so noticeable! The emergency room renovation created a welcoming environment with lots of light and soothing colors. We are so fortunate to have such an amazing community hospital in our little valley!
