HADLEY — A new Select Board member will be elected at town election Tuesday, but there are no contested elections on the ballot.

He added that he wants to work with the current Select Board and the new town administrator, especially on a long-term plan to boost growth and revenue, while ensuring current employees remain, taxes are kept low and the town spends on necessities and not wants. Kostek also pledged to enhance communication between the board and the public.
