Workers removed the bell tower from St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church on King Street in Northampton on Tuesday as part of its renovation. Earlier this month, the cross was taken down for restoration and will be put back up. The bell tower, however, is not being restored or replaced. "It's sad, I feel like all churches need a steeple," said Georgianna Rouleau, a church member watching the work along with fellow member Paula Benoit.
