Chesterfield once again rolled out the red carpet for the Fourth of July over two days this weekend, first on Friday with a block party followed by its annual parade and related festivities on Saturday. The event featured a reading of the Declaration of Independence, Lifetime Achievement awards for Lee Manchester and the family of Pete Banister, a breakfast, the parade, and a barbecue.
