Goshen, MA – Robert A. Bushee “Butch”, 79, of Goshen, passed away unexpectedly at home on July 10, 2026. He was born March 5, 1947 to the late Robert and Elizabeth (Mathers) Bushee in Northampton.
Butch attended Williamsburg schools and graduated from Williamsburg High School in 1965. He worked as a truck driver and mechanic for much of his life. A hardworking man, Robert loved working on cars, going to car races, traveling, and spending time glamping. He also enjoyed reading and loved dogs.
Butch leaves his beloved wife of 50 years, Diane E. (Warner) Bushee; his sister, Gloria (Bushee) Robbins, and her husband Delbert Robbins, his niece Rebecca Robbins and nephew Robert Torrey and his wife Misty, in-laws Harry and Deb Warner, Mark and Janie Warner and their children Heather and Daniel, Diane’s uncle John Warner, his close friend Jimmy Morrey and several other nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held Tuesday July 21, 2026 from 4:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M. at Ahearn Funeral Home, 783 Bridge Road Northampton. Burial will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
