The Western Mass. Golf Hall of Fame has announced this year’s inductees as part of the Class of 2026.
Headlining the class is the Perez family, the owner and operator of East Mountain Country Club in Westfield. Ted Perez Sr. founded the club in 1963. Other selections include Jim Cline (media), Dr. Bill Dupont (amateur), Alison Lucey (amateur), Dick Stranahan (posthumous) and Milton Reach Jr. (posthumous).
The Hall of Fame induction ceremony will occur on Thursday, Sept. 17 at East Mountain Country Club at 6 p.m. A shotgun scramble tournament will take place prior to the evening ceremony.
Golf and dinner tickets sell for $100, and dinner is $35. Tee times and dinner can be

The 2026 Class is the 14th to be inducted into the Western Mass. Golf Hall of Fame since its inception in 2007.
Holyoke HOF
The Holyoke Public Schools Athletic Hall of Fame unveiled Tony Lavallee, a Dean Technical Class of 1996 graduate, as the first recipient of the “Order of the KnightHawk” Award.
Lavallee, a member of the Golden Hawks wrestling team, will be honored alongside the Hall of Fame inductees on Saturday, Nov. 14, as part of the Induction Celebration weekend.
The “Order of the KnightHawk” was created to recognize individuals or teams whose singular accomplishments were so significant that they provided inspiration, helped open doors or served as role models for so many who followed.
