I am writing to support the existence of farmland in Easthampton. Please let’s all do what we can to keep what we have. Farmland is in our history and in our present. The Old Town Farm on Oliver Street is still in use as grazing for the cows and cattle of the Chicoine farm.
Please let’s keep this historical 75 Oliver St. land and allow grazing by the Chicoines animals. Let’s keep avoiding chemical impacts. Let’s keep the agricultural-deeded restriction.
