I have a hopeful delivery for many of you today, being the valley’s loudmouth, resilient, reclusive resident door dasher. And it’s not a crunchy 5-layer burrito with a side of guilt. Over this past year, I’ve seen many trucks with either Confederate or American flags, as big as a wookie, in the backs of these gas-guzzling titans of our mean green streets. But in just the last month or two. None. Not one. The midterms, as we all know, are soon approaching. And as they say. A picture. Is worth a thousand words. I want my country back. And if all goes well. It’s coming. With a side of relief. And in other regional news, a big, big, big all the way thumbs up to the four young boys playing Rage Against the Machine at the Florence Main Street fair. For Next year. I’m requesting. “Renegades of Funk.” You guys seriously rock! Happy fall and Happy Halloween to all. I say, more pumpkins and a bit less insanity.
