RICHARD SIAS

Southampton, MA – Southampton – Richard (Dick) Paul Sias, 80, of Southampton, MA, passed away peacefully on Monday morning, October 12th, in his home.

Richard was born in Lynn, MA, on May 13, 1946. Raised in the Catholic faith, he attended St. Mary’s, Northampton High School, and later graduated from Nichols College in 1967. He was predeceased by his parents, H. Paul and Sophie Sias, and his sister, Janet Sias.

Richard was a dedicated professional in the insurance industry, proudly owning and operating KSK Insurance for 47 years. He took tremendous pride in his career and was especially proud to see his daughter Jennifer and son Travis both follow in his footsteps.

An avid Boston sports fan, Richard loved cheering on his favorite teams and sharing that passion with his friends and family.

Above all, Richard was a devoted family man whose greatest pride was his children and grandchildren. He will be remembered for his generosity, strong work ethic, sarcastic sense of humor, and competitive spirit. He was always ready to offer advice, help others, share a laugh, or celebrate life’s moments over a Miller Lite.

He is survived by his children, Jennifer (Chris) of Las Vegas, NV; Travis (Amanda) of Florence, MA; Terri (Darren) of Salem, NH; and Tracy of Northampton, MA. He also leaves behind his beloved grandchildren, Jaxson, Hazel, Londyn, Travis Jr., Logan, Rhealynn, Ryan, Tim, Nick, Jeffrey, and Hayden. He was predeceased by his son Michael.

Though his presence will be deeply missed, his legacy will live on through the family and friends he cherished so dearly. May he rest in peace.
