NORTHAMPTON — A Westhampton teenager was arraigned on several charges, including rape, in Hampshire Superior Court on Wednesday.
Dakota Blakesley, 19, pleaded not guilty to one count of rape, one charge of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over, and one count of witness intimidation.
Blakesley’s $1,500 bail was previously posted in district court and will be transferred.
The conditions for his release include staying out of Middlefield and away from an address in Williamsburg, having no contact with the alleged victim, possessing no firearms and remaining alcohol-free, with random screenings.
He is scheduled to appear next in court on Feb. 24 for a pre-trial hearing.
