NORTHAMPTON — A tree fell onto North King Street on Tuesday night, hitting one car and covering the entire roadway, according to police.
Police received a call at around 9:15 p.m. about the fallen tree on North King Street near the border of Hatfield. Northampton Police Officer Michael Cronin said it appeared that the tree fell over naturally, calling it a situation of “the worst luck.”
The tree fell on the front bumper of one car and damaged the vehicle. No one was injured.
