A rematch of the past three Division 3 Western Massachusetts finals took five sets in the Berkshires.

The Frontier Regional girls volleyball team defeated Lee, 3-2, on Wednesday.

Elizabeth Fuqua had 40 assists, six digs and three aces in a 25-16, 23-25, 25-13, 21-25, 15-12 win.

Olivia Deane (12 kills, 13 digs, 11 aces) notched a triple-double, while Lauren Davenport (26 kills, 10 digs) had a double-double.

Reilly Isler led Frontier (16-1) with 19 digs.

Sabis 3, Easthampton 2 — Autumn Pinard had 25 assists, 13 digs and six aces in a 20-25, 25-21, 22-25, 25-17, 15-9 loss. The Eagles (6-7, 1-5 Southern) need two wins in their final three matches to qualify for the postseason.

Devney Horne powered 12 kills with eight digs and two bocks. Annika Devine made 12 digs, six kills four aces and two blocks.

Valeri Murphy added 10 digs and five kills.

Pioneer Christian 3, Smith Vocational 0 — Marissa Rodriguez had eight digs in a 25-17, 25-13, 25-15 loss.

Yannibel Augusto Flores added three digs and a kill for the Vikings (3-11, 3-5 Metro).

Chicopee 3, South Hadley 0 — Brooke Zatowski picked up 20 digs, as the Tigers lost 25-21, 25-12, 25-18.

Aislinn Ford had 10 kills and four aces, and Kayla Roy added 10 assists for South Hadley (11-4, 3-2).

Boys soccer

Belchertown 0, East Longmeadow 0 — Chris Tilton stopped five shots, as the Orioles (7-5-1, 4-1-1 Churchill) drew on the road. Belchertown put six shots on frame.

Girls soccer

Hopkins Academy 6, Renaissance 1 — Tia Fyden scored twice and added an assist in a home win. Sam Jenks added a goal and two assists. AJ Mitchell added two assists, while Izzy Palmisano had one. Mary Kate Farnham, Jordan Labrecque and Gabby Dyjach scored for the Golden Hawks (5-9).

Easthampton 1, Frontier 0 — Celi Sumba scored the game’s lone goal in the 32nd minute.

Frontier (8-5-1, 5-4 Pioneer North) outshot Easthampton by a 14-6 margin, and goalkeeper Siomara Green made three saves.

Field hockey

Amherst 1, Athol 0 — Sora Green scored as the Hurricanes won the road.
