Angel Manuel Pagan, 45, of 18 Michelman Ave. Apt. 4, was arrested behind McDonald’s on charges of disorderly conduct (subsequent offense) and resisting arrest Sunday at 3:48 p.m.

Pagan allegedly passed out drunk behind the King Street restaurant. When officers attempted to transport Pagan to the hospital he began kicking and failing. After officers decided to arrest Pagan, he began making threatening statements, police said.

Joseph Arthur Daigle, 26, of 83 East St. in Southampton, was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Pleasant Street on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol and failure to stop or yield Sunday at 1:54 p.m.

Jesus Manuel Robles, 21, of Springfield, was arrested on warrant after a motor vehicle stop on Mount Tom Road Sunday at 12:14 a.m.

Jesse Michael Leger, 35, of 439 North Pleasant St. in Amherst, was arrested on Main Street on charges of shoplifting by asportation (3rd offense) Saturday at 9:53 a.m. after allegedly stealing four boxes of Rogaine valued at $250 and two packages of Tide pods valued at $14.38 from CVS.

Nancy J. Chunglo, 60, of 575 Bridge Road, Florence, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. Friday after crashing into a utility pole and then a neighboring fence at the intersection of Jackson Street and Bridge Road, according to police. She’s being charged with operating under the influence and negligent operation of motor vehicle.

Eric Matuszek, 29, of 72 Pleasant St., Easthampton, was arrested after crashing into a parked car at on South St. around 9 p.m. Friday, causing over $1,000 in damage. He’s being charged with operating under the influence, negligent operation of motor vehicle and marked lanes violation.

John Dacosta, 27, of 297 Hatfield St., Northampton, was arrested on a warrant at 6:58 p.m. Friday, police said. The arrest was made at 91 Main St. The warrant had been issued for trespassing.
