Robert D. Bobskill, 69, of Springfield, was arrested at 1:19 a.m. Tuesday on State Street near Puffer’s Pond on charges of forging a Registry of Motor Vehicles document and concealing his identity through a number plate violation after police said he allegedly attached license plates to his vehicle and put a fraudulent inspection sticker on the plates.
Youths sitting on the railroad overpass on College Street dangling their legs over the road at 7:25 p.m. Monday were moved along by Amherst College Police.
A naked man walking on Northampton Road near the Amherst College campus was found at 4:40 p.m. Monday. Police said the incident was a medical call and no additional information was available.
A Loudville Road resident reported at 1:03 p.m. Sunday that someone in a van pulled up to her yard and took a decorative red wagon filled with flowers from her garden. The van driver may have thought that the wagon was being given away, because it was close to the street, police said. Police stopped several vans in the area but were unable to find the wagon.
Police responded to a report of vandalism of a crosswalk sign at 91 Holyoke St. at 2:38 p.m. Sunday. The sign had been painted green. Police have no suspects and the incident remains under investigation.
A Morin Drive homeowner reported at 1:27 p.m. Friday that someone shot the side of his house with a BB gun. Police have no suspects.
John A. Zuravel III, 47, of 8 Irving St., was arrested at 9:01 p.m. Thursday after a traffic stop on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license (subsequent offense), possession of a Class A drug (heroin) and possession of a Class B drug (cocaine).
Aby Joseph, 24, of Boston, was arrested at 1:18 p.m. Monday on Southwest Circle on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with no inspection sticker and refusing to identify himself as the operator of the vehicle.
Joshua W. Holladay, 27, of Chelmsford, was arrested at 4:57 p.m. Sunday on Commonwealth Avenue on charges of failure to stop for police and speeding.
Rashaad Elie, 20, of Malden, was arrested at 3:37 a.m. Sunday on East Pleasant Street on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Luke A. Ruksnaitis, 21, of Worcester, was arrested at 7:12 p.m. Friday at Prince dormitory on charges of assault and battery and disorderly conduct.
Richard Edward Bradford, 20, of Melrose, and John Phinney, 19, of Chelmsford, were arrested at 3:22 p.m. Friday on Stadium Drive on charges of disorderly conduct. Bradford also was arrested on a charge of being a minor in possession of alcohol.
Luke T. O’Malley, 21, of Scituate, was arrested at 3:21 p.m. Friday on Stadium Drive on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle to endanger and failure to use care in starting.
