The Northampton baseball team saw its six-game win streak come to an end Tuesday.
The losing didn’t last.
The Blue Devils bounced back from a walk-off loss to Chicopee Comp, to beat the Colts, 3-0, in the second game of a doubleheader at Szot Park.
Game one was a continuation of a suspended scoreless game on Friday and picked up in the fourth inning.
Comp won 4-3 Tuesday on a bases-loaded, full-count walk allowed by Hunter Salem.
Salem struck out four over 2 innings in relief of Andy Grygorcewicz.
Devin Kellogg (double) was 2 for 4 with a game-tying RBI single in the seventh. Will O’Connor had an RBI triple.
Salem started game two and pitched a gem. He allowed three hits, one walk and struck out nine in the complete game.

The game featured a staff of Hunters. Besides Salem, Hunter Laughlin won game one for Comp, while Hunter Pennell took the loss in game two.
