We witnessed this amazing rescue effort which was blessedly and miraculously successful.
The staff of CareOne at Northampton should be recognized by this community and beyond for their heroic dedication, calmness and professionalism in response to a fire in the building on May 28.
There are not enough adjectives to describe how they managed the happenings of this frightening night.
Seeing this staff rallying in place, arriving out of the dark of night, leaving their own homes (and families) ready to do their already tough work, and then go above and beyond the chaos of such dangerous conditions was beyond comprehension.
They “all” represented themselves as the people you want taking care of you and yours! Congratulations CareOne at Northampton.
