A man found sleeping between the Jones Library and the Amherst History Museum at 8:27 a.m. Wednesday was awakened and sent on his way.
Alexander Joaquin, 24, of Westfield, was arrested at 8:36 p.m. Wednesday after a traffic stop on Union Street on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with only a learner’s permit.
