SOUTH HADLEY — The 26-year-old South Hadley man who died in an ATV crash earlier this week has been identified.
Northwestern District Attorney’s Office officials named Todd Bristol as the one who perished in the crash, which took place on Wednesday evening.
The crash remains under investigation and the district attorney’s office is asking anyone with information to contact them at 413-773-5361.
Bristol was driving the ATV and lost control, striking several trees on a dirt and gravel trail off Lithia Springs Road, according to the district attorney’s office.
His passenger, a 30-year-old Chicopee woman, was transported to Baystate Medical Center in Springfield “with serious injuries,” according to the district attorney’s office.
