The state final is at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday against Hudson in Westminster.
Calvin Klumpp went 3 for 3 with a single, double and triple, while Peter Sullivan had a triple and a single.
Colin Larson pitched three innings for Northampton, allowing one run.

Northampton scored five runs in both the third and fourth innings.
They were unbaten in pool play, going 3-0 after beating Uxbridge 9-3 on Friday, Marlboro 14-1 on Saturday and Peperell 8-1 on Sunday.
Hudson Fulcher-Melendy threw a complete game in the victory over Peperell.
12U Cal Ripken state tournament — Northampton went 1-3 in pool play in Sutton and did not advance to the semifinal round.
They beat Marlboro 15-1 and lost 16-5 against Milford on Saturday before losing 8-7 to Northbridge in nine innings and falling 9-6 to Groton-Dunstable.
Will Sawyer was 8 for 10 in the tournament with four homers, six runs scored and 11 RBIs.
He homered in every game.
CHase Young also hit a homer against Marlboro.
Northampton 6, South Hadley 0 — RJ Safron struck out seven in a shutout, allowing three hits and three walks Sunday for Northampton.
Elliot Wills and Dillon Diemand both had two RBIs and scored a run.
Nick Heafey had two hits and an RBI.
South Hadley’s LP Levrault took the loss, pitching 6 innings, striking out five.
He allowed eight hits and walked four.
Easthampton 14, Westfield 13 — Joey Weilgus had three hits and threw out the tying run at the plate to end the U9 disctrict tournament game Saturday.
Easthampton 7, Belchertown 3 — Nick Lloyd drove in two runs and scored twice for Easthampton at the 12U district tournament Saturday.
Will Robbins, Nick Jolicoeur, Ryan O’Leary and Justin Colpack also had RBIs for Easthampton.
Jolicoeur also picked up the win on the mound.
Amherst 16, Gateway 8 — Andrew Fijal hit a solo home run for Belchertown.
Gina Camerota had two hits and took the loss, while Jordan Talbot also had two hits and an RBI.
Westfield American 5, Amherst 4 (6) — Alex Irizarry hit a two-run homer and scored twice in an 11-12 district game Saturday.
Jeremy Torres had two RBIs, while Nate Mills went 2 for 2 and scored for Amherst (4-1).
