The Commonwealth of Massachusetts recently enacted a law to permit people to use whichever public restroom corresponds with their sexual identification.
Opponents of the law, who are trying to rescind it, are worried that someone who looks, acts and dresses like a woman could upset those women and children who routinely use the ladies’ room.
Perhaps they would prefer that people who look like men, act like men and believe themselves to be men use the ladies’ room because their birth certificates show them to have been born females.
Does that make sense?
