Music at Look Park

As a last musical hurrah for the end of summer, Lake Street Drive and Signature Sounds will present “Amourasaurus II,” a two-day festival, Saturday and Sunday, at the Pines Theater at Look Park in Florence.

The line-up includes Christina Courtin, Son Little, and Mavis Staples on Saturday and Eric McKeown, The Suitcase Junket, and Josh Ritter & The Royal City Band on Sunday. Lake Street Dive headlines both nights.

Consider taking part in the “Run for Love” 5k road face, to benefit Oxfam America, with teams headed by Lake Street Dive musicians. Sunday, 10 a.m. at the park. $20 fee.

Gates open for the festival each day at 2 p.m. Food will be available for purchase. $49.99 for one day; $89.99 for two. www.amourasaurus.com.

Another Good Bet

“The Most Unknown Known,” an exhibit of artwork by Ricky Silverspoon, will be on view through Sept. 3 at the Elusie Gallery in Easthampton.

Silverspoon’s work features urban and street influences and often combines historical and pop-culture figures (as he does in a piece that blends the face of Egyptian pharaoh Tutankhamen with that of 90s rapper Tupac Shakur). His intention, he says, is to challenge the viewer, provoke emotions and questions.

The gallery is at 43 Main St. For information, visit www.bigredframe.com/the-elusie-gallery.
