VICTOR CRUZ — After missing all of last season and much of 2014 with injuries, Cruz returned to the New York Giants lineup and caught four passes for 34 yards, including a 3-yard touchdown pass with 6 minutes left that proved to be the game winner in the Giants’ 20-19 win over the Dallas Cowboys.
He tweeted after the game: “Man it feels good to be back. God is the greatest.”
TAJAE SHARPE – After earning praise for his play in the preseason, the fifth-round pick led Tennessee with 7 catches for 76 yards on 11 targets. He had the most catches and most targets for the Titans, who lost to Minnesota, 25-16.
