Re: UMass winning a “Best Campus Food” award. Perhaps there is a connection between the increasing lack of affordability of an education at UMass and the fact that students have their choice of sushi and a nearly infinite variety of other foods in the dining halls on a daily basis.
I would not advocate a return to the swill we were served in the dining halls of the 60’s and 70’s, but sushi? Really?
