EASTHAMPTON – As a janitor was cleaning the restrooms at Easthampton High School around 4:45 p.m., he noticed a note written on a stall mentioning a bomb on school grounds, according to Easthampton police.
The Massachusetts State Police Bomb Squad was called and investigated the incident, but found no device.
Police said Tuesday that the school resource officer is conducting a further investigation by looking at the security cameras.
