Day on your own in Hampton Beach, New Hampshire, June 30, 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. $55 includes motor coach and gratuity.
Schooner Cruise in Newport, Rhode Island, July 29. Departs at 8 a.m. and returns between 7 and 7:30 p.m. $75 includes cruise, motorcoach and gratuity. Prior to the 1.5 hour cruise, participants will explore shops and eat lunch at the restaurant of their choice.
Tanglewood on Parade, Aug. 1, 3:30 to 11 p.m. $60 includes motorcoach, lawn seats, and gratuity. Features the Boston Symphony, The Boston Pops and the Tanglewood Music Center Orchestras as well as the Tanglewood Festival Chorus. Fireworks follow the concert. Participants can bring their own chair, blanket, and picnic set up; food is also available for sale.

PICNIC — July 6 celebrate the many COA volunteers will be at the Elks Club on Spring Street in Florence. It will begin at noon. Food from the Bluebonnet Diner in Northampton. The Friends of COA would like to remind everyone that the 2017-18 dues can be paid at the picnic. Deb Barthelette will be collecting $5 for individuals and $8 for couples.
MONTHLY BREAKFASTS — The third Friday of each month at Westhampton Woods, Unit F. All are welcome between 8 and 9:30 a.m. for coffeecake or quick bread, hot cereal, coffee, tea, cocoa and conversation.
