HADLEY — Police are searching for the owner of an “exotic pigeon” a resident found in their yard Saturday.
In a brief post on Facebook, Hadley Police said the bird is clearly well-kept, not afraid of people, and may have its wings clipped.
Police said the bird hadn’t been claimed as of Sunday evening.
Anyone with knowledge of the bird’s owners are asked to call the department’s dispatch center at 584-0883.
