HOLYOKE – A memorial ceremony will be held Saturday morning on Mount Tom and will feature a flyover of the B-17 “Yankee Lady.” 

The annual event honors the 25 lives lost on Mount Tom in a B-17 crash on July 9, 1946.

Shuttles to the monument on Mount Tom will begin running at 8:30 a.m., and the ceremony will begin at 10 a.m. The B-17 will do the flyover during the ceremony.
