The Tigers beat Agawam B, 2-1, Thursday at home in the semifinals.
The title game is Saturday at Lusitano Stadium in Ludlow.
Easthampton 0, Chicopee Comp 0 (Comp advanced 3-2 on penalties) — Nic Soucy and Dylan Schmidt converted penalties, but Easthampton fell in the semifinals of the PVSSL Division B playoffs.
Joe Brough made nine saves for the clean sheet.
Central 3, Frontier 1 — Tim Barrington scored in the second half of a loss in the B Division semifinal.
Connor Bagdon had the assist, while Peter Bronke played in net for Frontier.
Frontier Red 11, Easthampton 9 (8) — Holly Myers struck out 15 in complete-game win, adding two hits and two RBIs in a 12U Suburban win.
Briana Storozyk, Hailey Hutoski and Jessica Campbell both dove in two runs. Ashley Taylor singled twice.
MaKenna Slate added three hits for Easthampton.
Kaelin Damon had two hits.
Frontier Red 18, Greenfield 13 — Amalie Sullivan-Joyce, Julia Hioe and Tia Gottschalk each had three hits in a 14U win in South Deerfield.
Gottschalk doubled and scored three times in the win, Sullivan-Joyce scored three times, and Hioe scored twice.
Tara O’Connor scored three times for Frontier, while Isabel Marrapese and Emma Clancy each had one hit and scored twice. Emma Paulin and Chelsea Camp each scored once, while Gabby Frangie made a nice catch in left field in the seventh inning to preserve the lead. Hioe earned the win with three strikeouts in seven innings.
