The Northampton golf team beat Hopkins Academy, 13-7, in a weather-plagued match, Wednesday at Hickory Ridge Country Club.

Four of the six matches were shortened to six holes instead of nine.

Medalists Alvin Li and Connor Asselin of Hopkins played the full nine holes and shot 44s. Li defeated Asa Geller 3-1 at No. 1, while Asselin beat Jason Cooper 3½-½ at No. 2.

Northampton’s Camille Richmond won 3-0 against Taylor Barry at No. 3.

Evan Yurko bested Cody West 2½-1½ for the Blue Devils at No. 4.

At No. 5, Northampton’s Wilson Heath won 3-0 against Ethan Wojtowicz, and Henry Brick beat Luke McPherson 3-0 at No. 6.
