Addison Phifer scored two goals, and Liam Higgins, Josiah Beck, and Gage Spanknebel had a goal and an assist each as the Hopkins Academy boys soccer team beat McCann Tech 7-0 on Monday.

The victory qualified the Golden Hawks (9-6-1) for the postseason.

Jack Feltovic and Jupiter Fetler both had one goal, and Andrew Czajkowski, Bobby Klecsh, and Greg Kucinski all had one assist. Hopkins goalie Erik Berg made two saves.

Hampshire 0, Easthampton 0 — Hampshire keeper Colin Boyle made six saves, and Easthampton goalie Drew Caires had six saves.

Belchertown 2, West Springfield 1 — Maxim Caron scored the game-winner with five minutes left. He took down a looping ball from Owen Raines, credited with the assist, on his first touch and beat the Terriers’ keeper with his off foot.

Zach Lajeunesse put the Orioles (10-5-1) ahead in the first half. Chris Tilton made five saves.

Sci-Tech 3, Gateway 0 — Jon Foley made four saves, Preston Coffee stopped three shots and Shane Cooper kept one shot out of the net for the Gators (4-10-1, 4-6-1 Schmid).

Girls soccer

Smith Academy 2 Mohawk 1 — Meghan Bell’s first varsity goal was a game-winner. Maggie Hession contributed two assists. Emma Moynihan put the Falcons (7-7-1, 6-3 Pioneer South) on the board initially. Maddie Bell made four saves.

Monson 2, Granby 1 — Gabby Walz scored in a home loss off of an assist from Nora Young. Julia Gauvin made two saves for the Rams (10-5-1, 5-3 Central).

Hampshire Regional 6, Amherst 0 — Abby Goodnow had a goal and an assist in a home win. Larissa Riley, Sophie Aldrich, Julia Dickinson, Emma Kuntz and Jackie Babyak also found the net.

Brianne Salomao, Katelynn Dunn, Sydney Shumway and Maggie Rubeck added assists for the Raiders (10-3-1, 5-2-1 Central).

Katie Taylor made three saves.

Skylar Thompson stopped eight shots for Amherst (0-13, 0-8).

Northampton 5, Chicopee 0 — Caroline Tanner had two goals, and Gabby Katz and Anna Stiles added a goal and an assist each.

Mary Greene had one goal, and Jillian McGrath, Peyton Pettiford-Rowan and Abby Denhart each had one assist for the Blue Devils (7-7-2, 4-4 Kurty-Fielding). Northampton goalie Sydney Lewandowski made four saves. The Blue Devils led 3-0 at halftime.

Belchertown 2, Ludlow 0 —Jenna Birks and Alexa Laflamme scored, while Rachel Connolly and Ally Tatro assisted. Julia Jimenez made seven saves for the Orioles (9-6-1, 4-4 Coombs). Belchertown qualified for the postseason with the victory.

Easthampton 4, Pope Francis 0 — Frances Powers scored two goals and Lauren Coepland added two assists, as the Eagles qualified for the playoffs with a shutout. Rosie Pagnoni and Celi Sumba each had a goal, and Kasi Marowitz passed an assist. Abbie Coleman made seven saves for the Eagles (9-5, 7-3 Pioneer North).

Mahar 6, Hopkins Academy 0 — Gabby Palmisano stopped 11 shots, and Megan Jolly made four saves for the Golden Hawks (5-10, 1-8 Pioneer North).

Smith Vocational 2, Pioneer Valley 1 — Emily Bryant and Megan Cone scored for the Vikings (7-5-1, 5-2-1 Pioneer South). Ella Sherman had an assist, while Lizzy Hardy made nine saves.

South Hadley 3, Palmer 0 — Sydney Mercier passed two assists, and Bridgette Sears made eight saves to keep a clean sheet.

Hailey Werenski, Alexa Blaney and Lindsay Marjanski scored for the Tigers (13-0, 6-0 Grieve), while Maddie Doolittle had an assist.
