Hunter Carey scored three rushing touchdowns of at least 25 yards as the South Hadley football team beat Chicopee, 46-20, Friday night at Szot Park.

The Tigers (6-2, 5-0 Suburban North) have won six straight and clinched the league title with the victory.

Carey had rushing scores of 85 yards, 57 yards and 25 yards. His 85-yard jaunt made it 16-0. His 57-yarder came on the first play of the second half and gave the Tigers a 32-12 lead.

Hunter Borowski’s quarterback sneak and Liam Dawson’s conversion made it 8-0. Ben Watkins added a late touchdown.

Amherst Regional 36, Mount Greylock 6— J.B. Mills threw for three touchdowns, including two to Isaiah Moyston, as the Hurricanes (6-2, 5-01 Intercounty South) won a share of the league title with the win in Williamstown.

Mills (11 of 14, 148 yards) hit Moyston (5 catches, 73 yards) for touchdowns of 35 yards and 20 yards. He found CJ Woodfine-Holmes in the fourth quarter to make it 36-6.

Woodfine-Holmes returned a blocked punt 20 yards to give Amherst a 20-6 lead in the third quarter.

Dan Blocked rushed for an 11-yard TD early in the first to give Amherst an 8-0 lead.

Greylock (4-4, 3-3) made it 8-6, but the Hurricanes pulled away.

Josh Vecchio rushed eight times for 76 yards for Amherst.

Ware 44, Smith Vocational 0 — The Vikings (3-4, 3-2 Tri-County) had a chance to grab a share of the league title, but the Indians (6-2, 5-0) rolled to the crown at home.

Smith Voke fell behind 13-0 when Ware took advantage of a fumble. Devin Slattery rushed for a 65-yard touchdown to give the Indians a two-score lead.

Ware made it 21-0 following a Smith Voke turnover on downs. Robert Viera rushed for the 69-yard TD.

After an interception, Devin Slattery found Dillon Slattery in the end zone for a 35-0 lead.
