The Hampshire Regional cross country teams had a rare post-PVIAC championship dual meet on Tuesday.
The Raiders made the most of it.
Hampshire swept Palmer to sweep the Pioneer South championships.
The girls team beat the Panthers, 17-44, to finish undefeated at 13-0 overall and 9-0 in the league.
Sylvie Mahon-Moore finished first overall on Monson’s the 3.1-mile course in 23 minutes, 59 seconds.
Lily Roscher was second in 24:03.
Chris Vayda won the boys meet in 17:59 to pace the Raiders to a 21-40 win over Palmer. Nitesh Roncone (19:32) was third overall for Hampshire (12-1, 9-0 Pioneer South).
