Eric Sellew scored 19 points and grabbed nine rebounds to lead the No. 24 Amherst College men’s basketball team past Brandeis 65-52 at home.
Grant Robinson chipped in 11 points and C.J. Bachmann added eight points and eight rebounds for the Mammoths (11-1).
Amherst outrebounded the Judges 45-29 and won despite shooting 19.2 percent from the 3-point line and 50 percent from the free-throw line.
The Mammoths had 30 points in the paint and 18 off turnovers. They led from wire to wire.
