Northampton graduate Emily Biggs scored two goals and had an assist, as the Smith College lacrosse team beat Castleton, 14-9, on the road Tuesday.
Reese Gittleman tallied three goals and two assists, while Clelie Fielding found the net four times for the Pioneers (7-1). Maddie Ryan added a hat trick.
Kaitlin Chu had a goal and an assist.
Alyssa Schams stopped four shots.
Amherst 22, Springfield 8 — Evan Wolf (five goals, two assists) and PJ Clementi (three goals, four assists) each amassed seven points in a home rout.
Matt Solberg and Jon Coffey scored four times each for the Mammoths (8-0). Harrison Osborne and Jackson Herrick (assist) each had two goals, while Brogan Mahon and Dylan Peabody each distributed two assists.
Chad Simons made five saves, Cam Mitchell had two and Gib Versfeld and Jack Siegel each made one.
Albany 7, UMass 6 — Nolan Kessinger launched a two-run homer in the third inning and drove in four runs on two hits. Logan Greene added three hits. Collin Shapiro (RBI) and Connor Smith each had two hits for the Minutemen (4-13).
Brandies 6, Amherst 4 — Chase Henley Drove in three runs on three hits for the Mammoths in a home loss.
Severino Simeone added two hits, and Rob Casey Drove in a run for Amherst (6-4).
