Lauren Hiller made 17 saves in the win, which clinched the regular-season conference title for the Minutewomen.
Cerasi finished with four goals in the game. Haley Connaughton, Hannah Palau and Cassidy Doster each had two goals for UMass (13-3, 8-0 Atlantic 10).
Tufts 14, Amherst 12 — Claire Dunbar had three goals and two assists, while Leah Ritterband had a pair of each, but the Mammoths (8-4, 4-4 NESCAC) fell on the road, Saturday.
Mount Holyoke 15, Wellesley 12 — Abby Baldwin (Florence) had six goals, while Julianna Rankin added three as the Lyons (7-5, 2-2 NEWMAC) cruised at home, Saturday.
Smith 23, Emerson 10 — Chloe Harris (assist) had five goals, while Emily Biggs (Northampton), Clelie Felding, Bella Ferraro and Maddie Ryan each had three as the Pioneers (8-5, 2-3 NEWMAC) rolled in Boston, Saturday.
Becker 15, New England 14 — Tara Bainbridge had five goals and six assists, but the Pilgrims (7-5, 2-1 NECC) fell at home, Saturday.
UMass 14, Towson 10 — The Minutemen led 13-4 early in the fourth as they cruised on the road, Saturday. Jeff Trainor and Gabriel Procyk each had three goals for UMass (8-4, 2-1 CAA).
Tufts 15, Amherst 14 — Jon Coffey had four goals, while Colin Minicus and Evan Wolf each had two goals and three assists for the Mammoths (11-2, 6-2 NESCAC), Saturday at home.
Hamilton 3, Amherst 2; Hamilton 5, Amherst 3 — Alyson Plaman finished with a combined three hits, including the lone hit in Game 1, for the Mammoths (16-7, 3-3 NESCAC), Saturday.
George Washington 12, UMass 4 — Hannah Bunker (RBI) and Kaycee Carbone (two RBIs) each had two hits, but the Minutewomen (20-16, 8-2 Atlantic 10) fell Sunday at Sortino Field.
UMass 4, George Washington 3 (8); UMass 14, George Washington 1 (5) — Melissa Garcia had a combined four hits, three RBIs and three runs scored, while Danielle Ellis had five hits, two RBIs and two runs as the Minutewomen swept, Saturday.
WPI 9, Smith 4; WPI 17, Smith 3 (5) — Makena Wagner, Alyssa Pioggia and Stephanie Konas each had two hits in Game 1, while Rachael Newhall (RBI) and Lucy Grant (RBI) each had a pair in Game 2, but the visiting Pioneers (6-20, 1-13 NEWMAC) were swept, Saturday.
George Washington 4, UMass 2 — Logan Greene had a two-run homer in the ninth, but the Minutemen (10-17, 5-7 Atlantic 10) fell at Lorden Field, Sunday.
