NORTHAMPTON – Mark Yawdoszyn walks past a flurry of dollar bills “raining” down from the new mural on the former Northampton National Bank building on Center Street Tuesday afternoon. The mural, completed in May by Brooklyn artist Ramiro Davaro-Comas, depicts the 1876 heist at the 135 Main St. building, now home to The Vault. Yawdoszyn, from New Jersey, stopped in town for lunch and a little shopping on his way to New Hampshire.
