Coriann Delaney, of Frontier Regional, and Nate Jones, of Northampton, each placed third at the PVIAC alpine ski race, Tuesday at Berkshire East in Charlemont.
Delaney finished the girls slalom run in 35.41 seconds. Taylor Loomis, of Mohawk Trail, won in 34.06. Elyse Donaghue, of East Longmeadow, was runner-up in 34.48.
Northampton teammates Ellie Mahoney (37.76) and Abby Denhart (38.29) were sixth and seventh, respectively.
Sarah Fardal, of Pioneer Valley Chinese Immersion Charter School, was 10th in 39.51.
Northampton finished first in the North Division with a combined time of 169.55 seconds. Frontier Regional was fifth and Gateway Regional sixth.
PVCICS was second (186.11) in the South behind East Longmeadow (174.34). Hampshire was fourth and Amherst Regional seventh.
Jones finished the boys giant slalom in 24.76. He finished behind Declan Sears (24.47), of Pope Francis, and St. Mary’s Jack Masciadrelli (24.54). Jones was first in the North Division.
Amherst Regional’s Nico Christakos (24.90) and Hampshire Regional’s Edward Przybyla (25.12) finished fourth and fifth, respectively.
Benjamin DeLaCour (25.23) was seventh for Northampton. Sebastian English, of PVCICS, and Zachary Ames, of Gateway Regional, tied for ninth in 25.39 seconds.
Northampton was first in the North with a time of 102.83. Gateway was second (104.51) and Amherst Regional sixth.
Hampshire (111.29) and PVCICS (111.31) were second and third, respectively, behind St. Mary’s (101.29) in the South.
