Cabrera scored in the first quarter as Holyoke and Longmeadow were tied 7-7 after the opening period.
Sam Mard scored two touchdowns on the ground for the Lancers, from 42 and 20 yards, to give the visitors a 19-7 advantage.
Javier Fernandez brought Holyoke back within 19-13 at halftime, as he scored a 6-yard rushing touchdown just before intermission.
Jojo Mikaelian made it 25-13 Longmeadow late in the third quarter after scoring from 14 yards out, but Cabrera got the highlight reel rolling with an 87-yard return score on the ensuing kickoff to pull the Knights within 25-19.
After another Longmeadow score, Cabrera ran back the kick again, this time from 72 yards out, to make it a 31-26 deficit late in the third quarter.
The Lancers iced it from there however, scoring the game’s final 16 points en route to the 47-26 win.
