HADLEY — Significant demand for the free, rapid COVID-19 testing at the Hadley Senior Center is prompting officials to require appointments.
The walk-in testing clinics inside the Middle Street building that began this fall will be administered outdoors near the main entrance starting Dec. 30.
To make an appointment, call the Senior Center reception desk at 586-4023, ext. 6.
People who schedule appointments are asked to arrive in the parking lot and then wait in their vehicles for a telephone call or text from the nurse before approaching the building.
Dates and times of testing change each week, and people should go to the town’s website at www.hadleyma.org for updated times, or to call the Senior Center.
