Manna Community Kitchen in Northampton calls this dish, “Vinny’s lemon chicken-capers cream sauce served over pasta” and we are told the recipe will be in their upcoming cookbook due out this fall. Manna Community Kitchen serves meals six days a week to the Northampton community.
