It’s roasting season! Madelaine Zadik of Cummington not only roasted, but grew these vibrant tomatillos. Zadik says, “These tomatillos are just out of the oven, roasted together with garlic, red onion and jalapeno. I’ve had a bumper crop of tomatillos this year and they keep on coming! Roasting them really brings out their flavor.”
